Default Break In Process

i am about to get my car back and i would like to know the correct break in process i shoudl obtain. I am have a darton sleeved block with JE pistons 10-1, with just seal rings. 97 prelude 5th gen. thanks

The faster your break it in the better. I usually heat cycle engine a couple times, check for leaks make sure everything is tight. Then take the car and beat it on the dyno or the road if it is tuned. Slow break ins are for warranties not for performance.

the engine has nothing on it. stock ecu. basically everything is stock for now. no turbo

so then beat on it after a couple heat cycles?

just drive it around normally and then gradually start punishing it...
