I am not calling him a scammer, but I would like my tracking number which I have been waiting for very patiently.

I bought a header-tech header from damian. and so far I haven't received my header.

dragonz04 (10:03 PM 11/10/2004): the money order has already been out and was sent by air-mail. should be there within this week, i guess it takes 4-5 days air mail from CA- FL. it is in like a hall-mark-card sized envelope.

Damian is a good guy to deal with. I've bought and sold stuff to him for a while.

For example, he sold me some cx brakes that I needed bad and when we were installing them, we found out 1 of the balljoints were fucked nasty. I gave him a call and he said he had another 1, but then I got the problem fixed next day. He gave me some money back like i asked. He is VERY reasonable.

As for you header, that is 1 badass header btw. Its has probably has been shipped. Some reason why its taking so long, is probably like he said, a BIG box is hard to find. It was probably shipped ground or what not to save a few bucks, thus taking a while. Another thing, it has only been 9 days since the lat time he talked to you. Did you give him a call? Things happen, and he is a busy person. BTW he has no car right now, its in the shop getting ready for bigger plans. So yeah, transportation is another issue.

he has a vouch list of people who have dealed with him too btw.

 

thanx a lot for the update, well i was in no way calling him a scammer, i just wanted a tracking number, because i'm busy w/ school and work, I just wanted to know when it was getting close so I can tell my mom to look out for it, because they might just leave it at my door, and I don't want my investment to be either stolen from my front door or I gotta go pick it up because there was no signature.

Recently spoke with Damian and he told me he still have the headers with him. Reason being that UPS did not allow him to ship the headers out in the box he was using because it had ripped.

He was recently banned for a comment.

"i need a new box cause it broke....he WILL get it"

I will try to keep you updated with the info.
