Default Tranny wont go into gears (kinda long)

Ok, first I will refresh yall with the horrible tranny history of the car. At the end of the summer i started my jdm h22 motor swap, and it all went ok until i blew my h23 tranny (my mistake).

Well, I had gotten a h22 tranny, and about a week into use i realized it had a crack in it. The junkyard dealer would not give me my money back because he said he wanted 2 weeks to find a new one. So i give him two weeks and he doesnt not come up with one, wasting 2 weeks of my time.

I finally get another h23 and it is mint, or so i thought. When i bought it, it had a little glue piece at the top of the tranny (which i didn't think much of). Tranny oil just happend to be seeping our of from under the glue spot so i had a local shop fix the hole.

I have had the car for about a week now and have been enjoying the beastly h22 top end. Tonight i was cruising home from a friends house and i raced an integra, which i killed up to about 115 before slowing down. Anyways, after i got off from my exit, the light turned green and it would now go into first gear!

I finally got it in but i had to kinda force it. Shifting gears as i was driving was also hard. I got stuck at a few lights because it would not go in. When i got to my driveway i realized it will go into gear normally when the car is off, but not on. I have had bad luck so could please someone help me out. I have spent about $150 on oil leaks since the swap and $200 for wiring because i have a 96. thanks

here she is, found some amber bumperlights, now all i need is yellow fogs!

Sounds like your clutch slave cylinder is bad to me...

Yeah, sounds like something in the clutch.

are yall sure its not the shift linkage? It just happend all of the sudden. When i had to force them into gears a few times i would hear a small grind. Also, when i got home i shut the car off and put it in first. When i turned the car on i had the clutch in and it started moving.

I bet its been a while since you've checked the level of fluid in your slave cylinder, huh? Fill it, its bone dry.

That sounds even more like clutch. If it was linkage or tranny, it would be hard to put into gear even if the motor was off. The car moving with the clutch makes it more clear. I'm gonna put on my prelude telepathy cap and say that you have a broken spring in the clutch that's floating around in there...

It could be the hydraulics etc., but that's my prediction...

Alright guys, i checked the fluids and bled the slave again and still the same results. But this time i noticed that the clutch fork vibrates when the clutch pedal is pushed in. Not really sure what that could be but im thinking its the tranny gone bad. Anyone know what to do now??

Pull the tranny and find the broken spring I told you about sitting there...

Regardless, you'll have to pull the tranny to fix either the clutch or tranny itself.

I do have a findanza 8lb flywheel and we torqued them down a little too much. We torqued them down to 80 but it is supposed to be 76. I didnt think it would hurt it but we will have to see.

Ok, the shop called me back and said the master cylinder was ok. The problem is the clutch, which doesnt make ANY sense. It is a brand new clutch master stage 1, and i waited untill after 500 miles to even think about switching gears above 3k (it was very tempting with the new h22, since the point of the swap was vtec ).

A local shop sells a exedy disk for 118, would it fit with my CM pressure plate and through-out bearing?
