Default 99 si header and cat onto 95 gsr???

i did a search but couldnt find an answer to my question. im looking at buying this teg but the problem is that it has a aftermarket header thats not carb legal and a str8 pipe..... i have my old header and cat from my 99 si now i was wondering would i be able to use this for just a couple of days as a temp solution to get it to pass smog.... please help asap thank you all in advance.....

The Civic SI 00-99 B-16 manifold is about 4 inches longer than a standard GSR exhaust manifold. Im not sure if the exit at the same angle, might touch the block.
