GSR Header & Cat on Si.. Possible?

GSR Header & Cat on Si.. Possible?
I'm gettin ready to pull the turbo off the civic... My buddy has a GSR Header & cat that I can pick up... Will they bolt up to my 2000 Si? I know obviously the header will bolt up, but I am wondering if the cat will bolt up underneath, and place the o2 sensor in the right direction.
