yes its called a min-me...putting a d16y8 vtec cylinder head on your stock block, will also need an ecu to go with it, Bauley Civic did a massive write up about this a while back, ill try and find it.

yes thats about it, more to it then that, but fairly simple, if u can change a head gasket, u can do this.

Yeah I just put a d16y8 head and intake manifold on my 99 dx y7 block last night. Just gotta wire it up now.
