Default banging reversse

I have a d16z6, with auto tranny, I've noticed that when I was going into a parrallel park the other day I put the car in reverse (while my foot was pressing the brake) and The tranny hade a huge bang, only when i was putining tha tranny into gear. Then when I was parked I went through the gears, all were fine except when going from park (P) to reverse (R). I don't know why my reverse gear is doing this erratc sound, any help or knowledge of auto trasmissions would be great. PLEASE Help

When was the last time you did you did a fluid change?

Drain the oil fluid out.
Replace with new fresh Honda ATF.

If the problem persists, dig deeper.
