Air Fuel gauge is a 5th gen lude

Does anyone know which wire to connect to under the hood (not directly to the o2). I have a friend that has a GSR and it was a white wire with red strip, I have no wire like that.

ecm connector d, white wire.

Were exactly is that wire harness? Under the hood or on the ECU?
