Can someone tell me how much this is going to cost or is it worth the time and effort?

 

are you talking about molding the lights and bumper? or are you talking about cutting two cars in half and glueing them together? Either way it would be Not only expensive but stupid imo. But yea......

thats great changing the tailights would need fabrication of partial integra quarter panel on your car and the bumper i dont see it being too much fab work

 

youll be better off with an integra and convert the civic front end.
