I went with CP but I hear that wiseco has some of the lightest, best, forged pistons.

The Wisecos will be fine. Because the technology is readily available for many compnies, JE, Wiseco, or Arias is just fine for your high hp setup.. If your new to the game, start reading and researching. 83mm is just fine ..

Because of technology these days most aftermarket pistons can withstand the abuse JE, CP, Supertech, which come coated and are much lighter than JE and CP, etc

you can take for example Arias. 83mm bore wit a CR of 8.3:1
Momently they have them in stock for 550USD.
All pistons for 83mm and more are made of 2816Aluminium. (low silicium and so more expansion).

My result of a phonecall two days ago :-)

We carry Arias and Supertech. The Supertech pistons are new and we didnt want to promote them just yet, until we used them ourselves.

We are preparing the block right now to put in a street motor and we want to see how they do after some miles on them.

Let us know if you want the Arias. we have a good deal on ARias and Eagle rod combo right now.
