Default MPFI SWAP -- hELP

Yo wasup, well when i went to wire my CAS, i noticed that B10 and B12 were not empty... what could be there? should i just cut them anyway? or is there supposed to be wires there -- it seems like most of the guides say "Pin B10 and B12 should both be empty.", well if they are empty wouldnt you have to get 2 more extra pins?

if anyone could help pleasee doo

btw its a 1990 DX HB

Are you sure you're at the right pin location? My LX harness with all its extra nifty features did not include pins at 10 and 12, but double check to make sure you are at those locations. When I did my wiring, I erred once by assuming I was somewhere I wasn't and cut the wrong wire. Needless to say that set me back like five minutes but it is still the measure twice, reference five times, measure again, reference again and cut once rule. If there are still wires there in B10 and 12, chop those bastards. They don't do anything

so doing it that way doesn't require an ecu swap, correct? or does it?

if so, does the PM7/ZC unit work in place of the MPFI/Si unit?

The PM7 would work.

If you're interested, HASport carries an OBD-0 depinning tool for like $35.
