I'd try contacting the guys from Full-Race as they are making a big push towards making intake manifolds. I'm sure they can help you out quite a bit.

The only problem is what are you going to do about the injector angles/location from just a gasket?

hmm good point... I always forget that hondas and a few other makes put there injectors in the intake manifold instead of the head... Most engines i work with arent like that.

Well, i do have a machine shop so i suppose i can make something work but i would need a stock intake manifold first then.

Here's my idea. Pretty easy to do especially if your CNC can't mill at an angle that would work.

Just bolt the flange to the block/bracket, set the spacing for the centerlines of the injector holes, diameters etc. I'm sure theres information on the angle somewhere online and everything else shouldn't be difficult to measure.

so is it better to just buy one then making it? because of the injectors i also forget about them..because it looks kind of ugly when you cut the stock one and add to it?? or i have a idea but don't know if it will work??you can weld a small round tube with a washer inside it ,so the injectors won't leak and try to fit the fuel line on
{ there will be alot of cutting and porting to the flange in this case }.. I think it might work just get new seals before you start i guess ???but i need a stainless steel one?? Because i don't know of the hardware stores around here sells aluminum sheets. So if you guys are sure you can make me a flange out of steel. Let me know and i'll send you the $$..
thanks

I could make the flange out of anything really. And yes i would need the gasket if you just want a plain flange without the injector pieces.

If you're not afraid of moving **** around, you'll actually gain some power and gas mileage from relocating the injectors further away from the combustion chambers. Don't be afraid

I have one at home! I bought it at the beginning of the season and did not end up using it. It is 60/61 Aluminum CNC flange. $100

JG uses the stock runners....it seems to work well, and should come out a little cheaper for you.
here's my JG mani:

also, you might want to contact Brad@RLZ......he might be able to help you out

Could you just weld injector bungs into the runners right by the flange?

actually......i do, but it's just not hooked up to the mani. it's ziptied to the firewall right beside the catch can......so it wont throw a code.

you can make it fit, just fab up a plate like the ITB guys are doing lately....i might do it myself, just to see if it changes idel any.
