autometer tach help

Default autometer tach help

Can somebody please help me i am just tyring to hook up an autometer tach in my dx hatch and i know the green wire goes to the negative on your ignition coil but i tried that can somebody pleae help where do hook up the green wire off the tach do i do it the distributor negative??
thanks for any help you can give im a newbie with wireing

Its the (-) blue wire.

got it for free just want to hook it up dont have one in there still have dx cluster need a tach anyway for motor swap so figures why not do it now

do you know were to tap into behind the cluster what wire has the rpm signal
