Have you checked your brake shoes? You can adjust them at the drum if there is still some pad left and if they are too loose. You can also adjust the e-brake cables at the back of the handle to take up some of the slack.

you may have to adjust the cable itself.
these cables get streched over time. there is a way to do it buy adjusting the cable in the car and outside the car where the cable connects to the brakes. look in a helms.
