a lot of white smoke? most likely head gasket. good luck.
Does it do it all the time or does it go away when the car warms up?
IS ypur car going through any oil or coolant but not leaking on the ground?
Need this information to help you.

It comes and goes, and at high rpm's it appears a lot more at times but not always.

It actually burns more gas than oil. The oil is pretty much consistent.

well even a little burning oil can cause smoke like that. As mentioned above, it could be a headgasket, and coolant is getting into the engine. Maybe try the seafoam stuff that people have been using lately, maybe it's a carbon build problem, and if so, the sea foam will take care of that. Just an idea.

A 12 year old thread....
Rule of thumb for Honda-Tech..... Create your own thread with your relevant car information and reference this thread you found. That way diagnosis of your specific car can commence and we can look at this reference thread for examples of the behavior your car is doing.
Every car is different and should not be lumped together with another car and it's issues.
And it's bad form here at H-T to bring back ancient threads from the dead. Database space is not an issue so there is absolutely no reason to bloat one thread with crap loads of cars of similar issues to have to sort through in hopes to find some relevant information.
/thread put back to bed.... permanently.
