Main Relay Problem? It will "click" on/off every ~10mins when driving

I am having a problem with my car. Every 10 mins or so my fuel/ignition clicks and the car hesitates for a second then it is fine again. It seems to happen at regular intervals. I have a feeling it is a problem with the main relay. Anyone else every had this problem. I have searched but I could not find anything.
