Ok I have this volt meter and would like to test some things. First I should say that I have no clue when it comes to electricity. There are different settings on the volt meter like ac and dc and different ranges. When checking my map sensor, IAC valve, etc. what setting should it be put to? Also to check, do I put the + coming off of the meter to the + on the connector, and then the black coming off of the meter to a ground such as metal on my car? TIA..
