TPS Sensor Bad ..What setting on Volt meter to read ??

Default TPS Sensor Bad ..What setting on Volt meter to read ??

Hey guys Im tryingto put my TPS back in line. Right now Im checking the red middle wire with the car off and it reads around 5k on OHM X1K setting. Theres also a DC v and a DC ma plus AC v. Which does itneed to be on to check it? It doesnt change when I open the throttle either.: Thanks

it needs to be on dc v, and idle should be about .5 volts to around 5 volts at wide open
