Default no spark from distributer

im working with a 90 accord with a f23 motor
3 distributers tried none are putting spark out(aint no way all 3 are bad)
2 are 90 accords the other is a 99 accord

tried out the power source the black/yellow it has full power

i then swapped in a obd2b (what came with the motor) and that is only 4 wires

yellow/green ICM IGNITER
yellow CYP
black/yellow POWER
drk blue RPM LEAD

IT STILL HAS FULL POWER TO THE BLACK/YELLOW
but i can stil not start the car or geta spark. i know the distributer works

ANY IDEA'S??????

is there more than 1 wire that is supposed to have power into it to start car?

F23 is internal coil right?

If so I would test your coil .

When you say dizzy do you mean the entire dizzy component including the ignition coil? I know those coils are pretty finiky, I would test it first...check your mechanic book for testing guidelines .
