Default Automatic tranny upgrades ?????

Anyone using an automatic transmission and did any upgrades to their tranmission that they want to share?? Or any suggestions on just upgrading an auto transmission on a Integra GSR that is going to be upgraded (intake, exhaust, also 55 shot of nos). Just want to be prepared for the added hp my tranny will have to handle. Any suggestions, (besides getting a manual tranny)

Auto trannies are just as strong as manual trannies in the B series case. The only real set back is the gearing and the Torque converter And the TC is the weakest link here... Call TCI and see if they have a TC for your app. Consider this, though: on AVG, auto trannies lose 25 % of the power to the drive train and manuals lose between 12-15 (in stock form). I say do a conversion. But good luck with it anyway.

Integra GS maybe?

Just do the same thing anyone with a manual transmission would do. Intake/Exhaust/Header/ ect... Better off getting a manual transmission though. I sold my 98 gs auto for a 98 gs-r
