Interesting ITR Pic

Check out the front end on this ITR. Seems to have some kind of grill I've never seen, but I think it's just a decal or something?

Could be just a decal. Look at it closely. Looks kinda wonky to me.

First off, SI grills aren't even that big. Second, it just looks like someone put tape around the H.
