Hello, i'm just doing a simple motor swap from D15 1.5 non V-tec to D16 1.6 V-tec. I need to know if the motor mounts are different etc, and what would i need to do a full swap!!! (different drive shafts, mounts etc!)

 

i bet you can find the answer on this site with the search button of course but your new you wouldnt know where that is now would you? you come here and just expect us to share our wonderful, vast extent of knowledge and your to ******* lazy to search especially on a topic as basic as that when there is a ******* thread at the top of the forum about it did you read that? huh did ya? there it is so you dont have to search for it god forbid you work for an answer

you did'nt say what years the motors are from but you may need to use your old drivers side mount and just unbolt the d16 mount and bracket from the block and bolt yours on

also you'll most likely need to wire for vtak
