dist. wiring issue

Default dist. wiring issue

can not seem to find any info on wiring a distributor. i am trying to wire a 91 b18 into a 98 d16non v-tec harness. i know its a shitty swap but it is all he had and the d16 was ****. we got the engine started but it will not rev. up. please point me in the right direction.

I believe the 98 motor had a crank sensor you need to wire that back to the dist.

How many wires did your crank sensor have?

Wire the blue to the lt.blue at the dist.& wht. to the blue/yellow at dist.

Let me know how it works out.
