ok im a noob to turbo I've been reading HT for a while b4 i put the kit on but i still have some ?'s first my setup is a low miles bone stock ls with 550cc, msd 6al, 255 intank pump, b&m fpr, 1step colder plugs gaped at 30, msd wires and coil, turbo is a t3/t4 with a tial 35mm wg, greddy bov, 2 1/2 dp, and a fmi my question is im running a used p72 obd1 hondata s200 with boost that was tune for a gsr so im getting codes as soon as i start the car (codes like knock, vtec, and o2) my 2nd? is if its a obd2 why am i getting a o2 code since the obd1 only uses 1 o2 which is on the cat and is still there also my car idles fine but from 1000-3000 it breaks up also is there any way to make my greddy bov louder i can hardley hear it and its turned all the way to soft. i don't want to tune the hondata yet since im going ls/vtec for the summer and i only want to pay for one tune. can a ls motor run good with a gsr CPU

what kinda jumper harness for OBD2->OBD1 are you running? that's most likely your issue

you need to get an ls tune. the gsr maps and **** are totally different. this is why you break up and whatnot.

yeah thats what i was thinking. but what about the o2? i have a 99ls obd2 with two 02 but my down pipe doesn't have a bung for one so im only running the 02 on the cat, but i tought that obd1 ecu only needed 1 02 so why am i getting a 02 code????
