as the title implies, i just started my project...all i have is the car ('94 white ls, skunk2 coilovers, kyb agx shocks, a fiber images cf hood and the ever so original black 15" slipstreams with azenis).

my roommate and i (mostly him), rpc07, is going to be doing most, if not all the motor work and build. he has given me a laundry list of things to get for this block, and more then likely will probably go with what he says, cause he knows what the **** he's talking about...but i would also like to hear what you guys think...i haven't quite decided what the budget will be, its not low, but also not high (i will still need to purchase a head).

i would like a daily drive on 91 octane and something that will be somewhat reliable. ANYTHING WILL HELP

arp rod bolts pr3 or p30 pistons unless u want real high cr then go with ctrs micropolish crank balance everything and u should be set u can get a girdle z10 gsr etc i ran mine to 8700 rpm every day for 9k miles just fine and put down 190/137 with pr3 pistons gsr head stock and itr cams

i have the block (obviously), but i just found another one that is looking pretty promising: its a b18b with darton sleeves at 84.5mm, eagle rods and some other goodies, but i will need pistons, bearings and anything else i am forgeting.

my friends list changes daily because there are so many options and bad *** **** out there, but this is what comes out: cp pistons and rings, manley rods, type-r oil pump, arp rod bolts...
