Default my diy dsm 4g63 turbo manifold

well guys here are some progress pics of a dsm turbo manifold iam making for my buddy, it will have a t3 flange and will fit the super20g turbo, and t3/t4 turbo, it will sit in the almost stock location also, i will post more pics when done , let me know what you guys think

looks great its rare to see that kinda craftmanshift in a dsm lol
i had my last nite with my syncrowave @ school last nite ...passed my AWS w00t, been getting pretty good with your old welder

hum i kinda like that one better , lol tubes dont seam to be so tight , and yeah its a rre head flange, i would like the flange more if it was cnc

It looks like it is going to be pretty difficult to get to the nuts on the number 2 cylinder. If you build another, pushing the tubes away from the head might help with removal/installation. It looks like the one posted from Shear Motorsports had this thought taken into account when it was designed.

Nice work though, I hope the manifold I am working on for my car turns out half as nice.

Just make sure #1 is going to clear the head, it's kind of hard to tell by the angle of your pics. Looks good though, if it's for a 2g I can understand why you kept it so close the motor. THe EVO junk I am working on now I have to keep real tight and it makes it a pain sometimes.

if your calling number 1 tne on by the power stering pump than , yes it fits just kinda tight, and yes its for a 2g talon awd,

Might be a stupid question, but why are you running a fairly large gap when you weld these things. Wouldnt you want as little penetration as possible to improve air flow? I know that strength is sacrificed, but not much stress is really put on it
