Default Gsr engine failed smog. No Results?

Hey guys.!!! I just tested my gsr engine this morning and the guy who tested wrote down " unable to stablize vechile on dyno (surges ) "

Here's what i think might be wrong.

The 93 integ axle that we use, It clicks when i make a LEFT turn, U Turn. WHY?

And when it's at complete stop at 0 mph. When i press the gas to go, the car shakes for a while somewhat exactly like a rattle. . . What's wrong?

Is my axle short!?

Damn i really thought i was going to pass smogging the gsr with 26k mileage. I even use 2 bottles of sea foam just to clean out the engine cause it was sitting in the japanese storage for ages . . lol

Would someone please let me know what's wrong. The dyno came back with

Overall Test Result

Aborted Test
Reason: 14 Unable to stablize vechicle

I know it was going to be a pain in the *** to smog a jdm gsr, but at least i was hoping for some kind of number ratio result back.

Smog Techs please take a look at what i posted. Thanks.

not sure about what the tech meant by "surges" but once the rollers start moving it shouldn't matter as long as the car is not trying to vibrate off the rollers? as for the clicking it might be as simple as the cv joint going out. The clicking when turning and making u-turns is the first indication of a cv joint wearing out. Where did you get the car tested? At a test only station or regular smog staion?

check the suspension bolts.

clunk noise is common problem in this older civics.
shaking part might be ur rotors are fucked.

check your wheel bearing etc.

"Reason: 14 Unable to stablize vechicle" wtf is that??

maybe u have to much JDM torque

trying to get it smogged doesn't sound like the main problem right now. The tech aborted the test before he got started. The motor might pass the sniffer if it actually completes the test. BTW you're in Cali. aren't you gonna do it the right way and get it BAR certified and got to a REF?

Try the "G2P" Guaranteed to pass stuff by CRC if it's tail pipe related
not sure about the stabalize-maybe the car weight isn't configured???

on a side note, I wonder how many guys post to help you out vs. guys that want to get in your pants....

Kmher? Pinay?

Are the axles new, or did they come with the swap? If old, go to a parts place and use them as a core for new ones, rather than just replacing the cv joints which is a pain anyway. I'm sure your friend who did the swap will help you diagnose the shaking. Could also be the suspension control arms, tie rods etc. or check engine mounts.

like already mentioned check the cv joints. It easier just to replace the axles with some remanufactured ones then go through the hassle of doing just the joints. As for the idle check the fast idle valve if your GSR motor has one (not sure on JDM GSR motors) but it would be under the throttle body.

Also you didn't answer about going to the REF for the smog
