having low idle could be one of the reason too, why ur car shakes...

check your motor mounts, might be bad mounts causing vibrations you wouldn't feel normally.

well i recalibrate that seem to have fixed the rough idle...thanks..i just moved the TPS as high as it could go b/c i notice there was to much play in the throttle cable...well i jus moved the TSP as high as it could go and it seem to fix the problem..and then i just turned down the idle b/c it started idling high...well that problem is fix..i still have the jerking when i let go of the gas...while driving..but its not as bad as it was ssoo iam getting closer...i was told m.b it can be my O2 sensor??? but i dout it.????

one more question for ya about mounts...did you check the torque mount and ac bracket mount? They are underneath the car...so they often get overlooked. A faulty torque mount and ac bracket mount will have this affect. After you let off the gas...the motor seem to want to pull back and forth.
