i plan on getting a carsound cat to fit my setup which is a 99 2 door GSR with JDM ITR Header and Greddy Evo catback..so i need a cat with 3 bolt pattern flanges? and 2 02 bungs?..so what about the length? also. a 2.5 inlet and outlet would be fine right since header collector is 2.5 and catback is 2.36..wouldnt want to step down to 2.25 so continue the 2.5 all the way through?

 

someone who has a jdm itr 4-1 on a 94-99 gsr should chime in for certainty. but yes, you should use a full 2.5" high flow cat. from the sounds of your setup, it would seem that you should use your stock length cat (~13") since the jdm itr 4-1 is relatively close to the stock header in terms of length towards the cat. the only way to be certain (without installing the header and measuring) is to find someone who has the exact setup- every setup is different so can be off by a few inches (which in most cases will still work)

bump cuz i'd like to know too.. iknow the 98 jdm itr header is like an inch or so longer than a regular 94-99 gsr header

 

someone has to have a 96-99 integra with jdm itr header..what length is your carsound?

 

I search for the exact same answer...since the GSR header 94-99 is smaller...You're Evo catback is it for GSR or Type-r?
