Shifting First, Second
someone told me that i shouldnt power shift from first to second because in long run ima grined all the time when i shift from first to second. And my car i bought new and i got almost 1000 miles now. Does that make any difference or it doesnt even if i would to have 40k miles?

the key thing is to shift properly, not power shift or smooth shift. Properly means selecting gears and engagement/disengagement of the clutch. If you're unfamilar or really good with perfecting that, keep practicing
It only takes a few grinds, and for some less, to screw up the synchros.
On a road course/auto-x, the difference is neglible for practicality/reliability reasons.
