Default old school dc sports header, D or B series? (pics)

dc has changed their model names so i cant seem to find any info on these

cant tell if its b or d series. ive never really had headers in front of me before to look at like this, is there a way to tell?

im thinking d because of the model number D-370-I

i got these for free, the kid had no idea but they were on a crx at some point, so im figuring b or d....

original non obd b16a dc headers are madd rare... and i highly doubt anyone who gets a set would ever give them away... besides how many people that have hopped up ef's around u have b series motors or motor swaps period... of the ef's i know around me here in the capital region it's prolly a 1:4 ratio of ef's w/ swaps or even ANTI-RICE

lucky him and ur a very nice bro to give them to him... i know how u feel about wanting a set for ur bseries

u might be right about the single o2 /wideband...

btw if u do let me know where u find a gasket for that thing in the center

or does it have those handy rings.

How rare we talking ? And how do you know if its an original one, I have a pretty old dc sports header sitting here that's why I ask. Oh and the fitment is not that great, yes it bolts up to the block and clears the block but it sits a little higher and seems to angle up, maybe its the mounts but I have dealt with other b16 headers and there the same way exact way. Anyways the problem is there will be an exhaust leak unless you know how to weld and fix it.

From the pics it almost looks identical to my headers except the DC sports plate is welded on the #3 primary exhaust tube.

After looking at both pics the primary tubes are routed differently...like backwards. I guess the one in the original post is a D series header.

really rare if it fits non obd b16a w/ both o2 sensors close to head. not way down by cat... could be your mounts but then your whole motor would be angled w/ the front higher than the back.... what leak are you talking about??? my ex has a zc w/ some unknown header that i brought to napa/pepboys ect... to find a replacement w/ no luck... the round donut ones are great... so i ended up buying cut ur own gasket material and making one that way.

There's only 1 O2 sensor on the 2 and 3 primaries. I'm running a Mugen chipped PR3 with disabled sensors. The header looks like it's pretty close to the block/oil pan but doesn't hang low too low. Have no idea where the engine is from, came with the car. Car runs great.

Never knew one existed, I'll believe it when I see it. Also its not my mounts, because I have a customer with different mounts and a different header and his header did the same exact thing, I think he had an R1 header which is a cheap knock off of dc, well pretty much anyways. And I actually just finished up installing my new cat today and have had no problems with leaks by the header, the other side is leaking water but no air leaks. Actually at first the other side of the cat was leaking air, I tried everything so I gave RTV sealant a try and it fixed it up.
