Default Good price for HF?

Baught a crx HF yesturday for 1000.00. 190000 miles. Body is mint, exept for faded paint. Interior is mint, runs, and drives perfect. Planning on b16 swap, and other mods. Right now it is completely stock.

I got my HF for 600 flat. No dents, No dings, Interior perfect except for the bucket seats. Other than that, it came with LS MESH RIMS 15 inch and with 98k mileage.

To comment about your purchased. It's good depending on how rare it is to find a crx

Are you asking if it was a good price or not? I'd say yeah if it is indeed in mint body condition.

But keep in mind that deals like this are not come across every day. Or even every month. In fact, I would guess that this was a hookup. Regardless, $1000 is not bad for any CRX that has a good body.

The only thing wrong with the body is the red paint is fading. The funny thing is I work at Lucas Honda in jacksonville, and this same lady baught it there new in 1990. She traded it for a newer civic, and they gave her 800 on trade, out the door, taxes tag, etc, i was at 1000. I was amazed to find the origional window sticker in the owners manual packet with a 9100 msrp.

I did a serch on stolen crx, and found alot of topics. What is the best way to prevent this from happening? I plan on numerous mods, and i know it is going to be one of the crx's that people like to jack.

If they want it they will tow it..Doesnt matter what kind of security you have,,
Best thing to do is keep it queit and dont let it look like it has **** done to it..
And park it in a garage and dont leave it alone at mall or movie theater parking lots
