Default Hondata questions for mild-Boosted D15b

I am looking into Hondata for my d15b boost project. I am currently running a chipped p28and a vafc.
I am planning to run no more than 9psi. Can I use this p28 that I have with an s100+boost? It seems like the s200 has more than I need. Am I on the right track?
Any help is appreciated.

I have a s100 w/boost and I have it tuned only to 3200rpms. Because my head gasket was blowen. But that is besides the point. The p28 is the ECU to use. Hondata replaces the chip you have now.
