My ABS light is on. I used my Helm's to go through troubleshooting process and tried to bypass the motor relay with a jump wire to see if the ABS pump motor would run. The Helm's said that it should. It didn't so I checked the wiring from the fuse box to the motor and (the relay is fine) the wiring is not conducting any voltage, or in otherwords it is an "open" connection. So it says to repair the "open" wiring.

I am guessing that means to replace that strand of wiring. Soooo.....where do I get it? I mean, besides walking into the parts department of the dealership and pointing it out to them and asking if I can get it.

Bad thing is, if it is not the wiring it is the motor and Majestic Honda quotes the motor assembly at 512.22. YIKES!

 

Try a junkyard?

 

$512 i would go through ever inch of the system before i bought that. mine did that before and it just the fuse. i'm sure you checked it by now... a salvage yard would be my guess too.
