Default 2000 Civic Si rear swaybar VS Comptech

I installed the CTR front suspension on my 97 EK and am now looking for a rear swaybar. I know the Comptech piece is nice but don't feel like shelling out $375, my friend is selling his Si rear swaybar for only $40, what if anything can I add to reinforce the rear I-beam mounting holes? Will the Beaks or BSQ kit work? I have had my rear I-Beam torn out before so I really want to make sure it doesn't happen again? Thanks

I would suggest getting the endlinks off your friend with the si. buy an itr rear sway bar and get the beaks kit. i am using the same combo on my ek and its awsome. itr bar is cheap from acura. if you have a hook up its only like 45 bucks.
