Does anybody want to help me make a list.....
99 civic si 93k
list starts with a 1500 dollar budget. With this budget i want to build a strong car that pulls hard in the mid range and not have to worry about the mileage (i.e. list should include basic things to make it run good overall) the list is that i started but its not that great...
1. Apexi World Sports II exhaust.....$388.69(nopionline.com)
2.DC sports ceramic 4-1 header......$257.11("")
3.Daikin Clutch kit(stock
)...........$124.87("")
Help me out guys, I would like a fields vafc controller, and maybe a different exhaust.... You guys are the geniuses!!!!

buy everything I have! Really, screw NOPI, check out the classifieds here or the sponsor section and save yourself alot of cash or there's always ebay. Get some buddy club cams stage3, a JDM ITR header, Kteller exhaust, memoryfab carbon J's style intake and a set of adj cams gears, and go get it tuned.
ha no turbo for me it seem un ethical and out reach for me right now.....lol
EBAY.... more like RIPMEOFF.ORG
i am really technically inclined so the only thing i would need a shop for is tuning when i get a controller or ecu upgrade

I've never been ripped off by ebay. As long as you buy something from an ebay business (usually 1000+ feedback) you most likely won't get screwed.

dude you just gotta look at peoples feedback before you buy something. That goes for anyplace or anyone online. If your just buying from a private person ask for info like name, number, addy so if they do rip you off you have all that info for their local poopoo to go on. Personally I love ebay and NOPI is a total joke or any other ricer shop you see in SCC or another tuner magazine with a 2-3 page ad. If you like NOPI and feel more safe there then by all means go there but for there prices don't expect more than a shiftknob and a pack of gum from there jacked up prices.
Im not asking what to do i am ask what to buy....
I can install things and i kno how they work and i do have knowledge of the industry. Im just trying find out what the best parts are for my budget.
I will try to look at ebay more throughly, i ve just heard alot of bad thing about it.
