I saw that there were a few Florida R's here so a warning. EBay ID ESRperformance
I'm posting a warning about ESR performance 1755 WEST 28 AVE #4 HIALEAH FL.
I want warn people that I got screwed by these guy when I bought stuff from Ebay from them. I sent them money, and was very patient with them. Once they had my money they stopped returning my emails. I then calle their shop and spoke with ENRIQUE J BAIZ. He gave me the run around, by saying they would look into their records. I called them back a few days later, and he simply said, hold on the line and hung up. I called again, and he had turned off his phone.
I understand that there is a certain risk about Ebay, and shipping, and all I want is a plausible explaination, like here is the tracking number, and if I wasn't treated so poorly I would not be upset.
If anybody can find me his shop number it would be great. thanks

I don't know, I don't know how well the business is run, but I heard him talking on the shop phone when he was talking to me. I give thumbs down to this shop. Thanks for everyones help.

 

just found out that guy was "let go" from arospeed. I guess he now run his own thing, Thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it. Because of people on this board is the reason why Honda-tech is one of the best ones around. thanks for all the help, and I no longer feel so bad, knowing that there are still decent people on the net.

that 's why I made the post. OK update After 3 hrs, I have complained about him on BBB.org, e square, paypal, and ebay. I hope the internet has power.
Somebody should make a scammer list that is only names, no comments or argument or disputes, just a list of scammers, clean and percise.

I dont know this shop and i live very near by hialeah....I am going to find out exactly where it is and go to the shop...... for a bad shop

UPDATE: I actually emailed the guy and found out where the shop is. It is litterly less then a mile away from my house. Me and RSX VEILSIDE are going to go check out the place......

somebody needs to go to that shop and confront them about this scamming thing. get some answers.

There's only one reputable shop in Miami that I know of - south florida performance

 

Update number 2:

Me and Rsx Veilside went to the shop. The guy was very nice and was talking to us. We asked a few questions about prices and how long he had been open....he has been at that location for 3 months. He didnt seem shady at all. We did see he had an ebay certificate on the wall saying he was a good seller. I believe he sells alot on the internet. While we were there, he was answering the phone alot and taking calls. I think he and 1 other guy are the only ones in the shop. I say the thread starter should just try calling back, if it doesnt work just go to paypal and the credit cards, and have them dispute it. Maybe there is a mixup but this ESR PERFORMANCE is a shop, and does have a sales floor.

 

yeah I did that, Thanks guys for checking it out for me. I called the number he has left as an emai number and it is a cell number. I called him, and he said he would look through his records, so I have him a few days. He said he would have it sorted out by monday, which was after the 31 day paypal thing. I trusted him because he had a shop. Ok here is the kicker... I call him monday afternoon, He picks up the phone. Exact converstion..
me: hello? can I speak to enrique?
Enrique: Yeah sure, hold on one second. click.
me:???
I figured that he must have lost the connection.
Call Him 5 minutes later, phone rings and voice mail... maybe he doesn't hear the phone ringing? Call it again. Phone is off.!!
call him 10 minutes later phone is on again but no pick up.
what would you make of that? and through this whole process I was only helpful and patient with him. He was helpful with the parts and stuff, but after he got my money, he just kept giving me the run around.
Hey can you guys give me his store phone number? I still want my stuff, but it is looking bleek!!
