how much should a shop charge to put together an lsvtec
Damn, I'll do your motors! $500 is a lot to assemble a motor. I'm getting my hype r motor put together by a shop, with honing and measuring everything, it's $180. Thats just the bottom end, but still, bolting a head on will be nothing.

Thats because you know what you are doing. Most average shops have no clue how to get things done correctly when you mis-match components from different engine models, only because of the reference material they have on hand.

I'm using all Honda stuff, too, no weird things to try and fit.
