94 civic dx;

syptoms: first, this happens in all gears when clutch is engaged. Second, it happens only for a range in upper RPMs but as i do not have a tach i don't know the RPMs. Ex, in 5th gear no noise untill about 70-75, then slight chatter, then from 80 up no noise. Thanks for your input.

I think you need a new throw out bearing.

 

i searched and came up with this
"you know your throwout bearing is bad when you hear a faint grinding sound as you push the clutch in (down) and it goes away when you release."

I do not have this syptom???
