Default REmoval of AC in EP3

Has any one removed there AC from there Ep3 before, I want to remove mine since i LIve in SEattle. WA. where its only sunny for 2 months out of the whole year. This also gives me more choices of strut bars since the AC lining doesnt restrict the strut bars. Want to put Mugen (RSX) front and rear bars but dont know if the rears will fit. any help or info would be great

I believe that the brake and clutch reservoirs will still get in the way of most JDM strut bars. Also, why are there two posts on this?

Don't forget how important the AC would be to defogging in 35-50 degree weather, bud. Hope you know what you're doing.

No doubt. The ep3 was the foggiest freakin car I have ever owned. That greenhouse windshield would fog up on a summer day if you breathed too hard.

wow are you kidding me who would want to get rid of their ac for some mugen strut bars there are plenty of other brand strut bars specifically made for your car. taking out your ac haha sounds like a downgrade to me why would you take something off your car that benefits you in your cold climate.

i heard on the ep's when you take the ac out it robs you of 15-20 hp

Anyone hear of Fog-X...

...plus the removal of ac would take away parasitic drag, thus more hp, not less

I think that "greenhouse" was a joke about how big the windshield is...
