Default Installing Oil pressure sending unit.

I have an autometer electric gauge. I read that your supposed to mount it to the firewall so it dosent crack the block.

Everyone recommened this kit http://www.fast-turbo.com/Turbolines.html

Last one, firewall oil supply kit. Its cheap $25 and has everything i need right?

Are there any other pieces i will need? It looks like the braided line has the proper fitting for the back of the block, and the T fittings have the same threads as the stock sender unit, and then you have an adaptor you use so you can thread in the oil pressure sending unit normally.. Is this correct? Or will i need to purchase some adaptors?

it just moves it up. i left mine on the block. thats where it's sat for the first 12 years of it's life, i don't think it's gonna crack becuase it sits out 1 more inch.

but hey, i've been known to be wrong

From the sounds of if, you're unsure, correct? As for the question about what will thread into what, I believe you are correct. As for the whole where to mount what:

Enjoy, best of luck!
