exhaust question on my EG hatch

i have a question i have a EG dx Hatch with a catback exhaust and i was wondering whould it fit the COUPE too?

The reason why i ask im selling it and this guy with a coupe wants to buy it

It will only fit the coupe if he fits a hatchback catalytic convertor.

I would assume the exhaust is gonna be short as in the muffler isnt going to line up right to the rear bumper.

What do you mean it will only fit if he uses a hatchback cat?? Arent the cats the same size between the dx coupes and LX's Ex's Si's I know the VX's are different but I dont think this is right...
