Default Hasport's ef b16 swap header.

I showed people in the ef/crx forum, but didn't show it here. I haven't had any problems with it and it fit like a glove. Some welds could be better, but whatever. Just showing off an unnamed maker of the header.

That's all I have to contribute to this forum pictures wise. Only other thing done is foglight brackets but no pictures of them.

only scratched it once, and who knows how?!

I'm hitting the dyno this saturday. Given my motor to still be in roughly the same condition (nearly another 6 months or so of more abuse) I hope to see some sort of gains, b/c my butt dyno sure does like the smoother midrange, or stronger mid.

The end by the car looks like its pointing up, is that the case ? I have had problems with headers in b16 swaps in an ef not lining up, the header was always sitting higher.

Do you happen to have more details on the make of this.

I'm going to attempt to make one for my h22 hatch, but i'm not sure how to go about as far as piping...bends etc etc

Can you provide more detail

After header.

Results...
Before.

Not much difference, a lil less than a year of driving in between dyno's may be the case of not showing much diff. But I'm still happy.

Was it the stock JDM B-16 manifold with the two O2 sensors and dual downpipes?

yes, pre obd goodness. my butt dyno said it felt more power in mid range, and felt smoother, but the two dyno graphs are hard to see much difference.

They were done on the same dyno, just about 10 months apart of DD abuse.

weight reduction and bling is about all i got out of that header i think Might need a lil more r&d? It did fit well though.

Any way you can take a better pic of where the o2 sensors are located.

yeh, it does, they had to touch up the ex. for it to meet up, which will prolly give me hassles when i redo the exhaust w/rsr

The Hasport header is designed to mount up to the stock 88-91 Civic/CRX cat and exhaust on the DX/LX/EX and Si with no mods or rotating the cat, and has the dual oxygen sensors for the car to run properly.

FYI...I had to rotate my cat., but it could be when they redid the piping after the swap was done.

Also the header does stick up towards the bottom of the car some...

So with this header, did you just have to plug in the O2 sensors, and thats it? No extra ecu wiring or anything? That is my biggest concern right now with searching for a header.
