JUN valve springs with CTR cams.....COMPATIBLE or OVERKILL?

Default JUN valve springs with CTR cams.....COMPATIBLE or OVERKILL?

i was just checking to see if JUN valvetrain(inner and outers) and CTR cams are good for eachother.....my friends are saying that they are too stiff for the OEM CTR cams....if someone can tell me what is right before i purchase them, thanks(i am getting some at a great price, so i just wanted to know if they are OK)


BTW i have a B17A motor and JUST the CTR intake cam....thanks for all you help in advance

It should be fine. Just get them, that way in the future if you want to upgrade to more aggressive cames or even just some JUN cams. you already have the valve springs for them.

For what I found out recently from reliable sources. They indicate that it will cause premature wear on the CTR cam. If you are not planning on running Juns or something that wild in the future. Just get ITR valve springs.

OVERKILL.
Use ITR springs.

what if i just use the outers and NOT the inners? or vise versa?

OK, so if i do go ITR valve springs...do i get the whole set? inners and outers? INtake and EXaust? ive been told to just shift my stock GSR intake springs to the exaust side and then just BUY the ITR intakes?????? blah blah etc etc....can someone put some insight into this for me.....

PLUS....what is the going price for complete ITR valve springs>? thanks

buy complete intake set and move your existing intake set to the exhaust side.
