not sure about the head gasket, but i know that's a good price if he's including a decent valvetrain AND the AEBS IM. i'd get it regardless.
i believe you will have to run the itr/gsr water pump.

the water pump is different than a vtec water pump

both will work, most people prefer the vtec water pump/timing belt

and yes, 675 is a killer deal if it is complete

the gsr/itr water pump is different, there's 22 teeths on the gsr/itr water pump and 19 on the non-vtec. If you have a vtec head then I would suggest you go with the vtec one. also get a gsr/itr oil pump.

18 tooth

oil pumps are the same

and switching to vtec pump is just an option.

That's an awesome deal even for just an ITR head with a valvetrain. go for it. And by the way...all 1996+ b-series oil pumps are the same, but the water pumps are different. Use the b20 head gasket.

awsome deal if its complete.. b20 head gasket and i would choose a gsr oil pump. drop some ctr pistons in that, with some good cams... that will be one fun ride!

or better yet, hook up the head... put 13:1 pistons in and you get 2.1 liters with out stroking or sleeving the block, but then agian if your going to drive it all the time.. thats not a good idea

dont ask me! haha i seen it in Sport Compact Car and this guy had a eg with a b20 block and bored it over .20 over and it said he placed 13:1 compression pistons in and it bumped it to 2.1 with out stroking or sleeveing the block.. so idk i was just going off what it said.

bored it over .20 over

boring adds displacement. not quite that much but a little none the less.
everything you read isn't always correct! just a little advice for ya.

i don't think you got what he meant by 3mm of blowby.
ctr pistons=81mm
b20 block=84mm

you can't put ctr PISTONS in a b20 block man.
well you can, but it will NOT WORK.
