for some reason my instument lights, a/c / heater contros, cruise control are all not illuminating at night. the stereo illuminates to about half of what it should be lit at night. i checked the voltage at all the light sockets behind the instrument cluster and they are reading 12V. The bulbs and fuses are all good. I heard taht it could be my dimmer switch still. please help im going insane here. its a 00 Si.
