Question about valve springs for FI

Default Question about valve springs for FI

Hi.

I would like know,

I need to change valve springs for FI application if my rev limiter is stock?

setup is: k20a2, rods pistons,etc, rev limiter 8200rpm.
planing boost 22-24PSi.

For turbo better using stiffer valve springs???

You will not need to upgrade if you plan on keeping your rev limiter sock. It will not hurt to upgrade though if the head is off.

you should be fine espescially with the stock cams in there.

Unless you are going to an aftermarket cam or revving higher you won't need stiffer valve springs.
