need help with my civic

i have a civic Dx 85 hatchback. i got the car for free. i was wondering if i can swap the engine to a si engine?

Yeah sure if you're talkin about the 85-87 civic/crx si..
but you do have to convert to Fuel Injection which is a pain..

check out http://www.redpepperracing.com as they have lots of info about this..
