Default Creaking noise on 1st gear??? Help!

Hi I have a 99 5spd and noticed this recently:
When at a standstill and leaving for a light on 1st gear I notice a creaking noise from the engine area. Only happens once as soon as the car starts to roll of 1st gear it creaks then thats it. Always happens from a standstill and never after. Is it anything serious?? Could it be tranny problem?? Well any info would be great. Thanks again.

I've never heard of a tranny creaking. Open the hood and have a friend stand next to your car while you move from a standstill. You may have loose motor mounts.
