Here is my problem.

For the past couple of weeks it has had some problems. First the Alternator went out and I have put a new one in. That was two weeks ago and the car ran fine. This morning, I go out to start it and it will not start. It just keeps cranking over and then all of a sudden it stopped doing that. It was like the battery went dead on me. So I checked the battery and it was charged and then I looked at the plugs and the look really clean. Please help. Thanks in advance.

 

Check the rest of your connections/grounds. Then pull a couple of your plugs and check spark. Start there with the cheap stuff.
